Privacy Policy
Dignify is a landlord and staff workspace. Landlords and employees sign in with Google; tenants are records maintained by the property team and do not need app accounts. This page describes information used in the current management release. Updated October 19, 2026.
Information used in the workspace
We use Google account details for sign-in and account settings. Property teams enter or import tenant names, email addresses, contact details, occupancy, rent, and other tenancy records. Operational records can include charges, deposits, credits, payment reports and proofs, Payment Acknowledgements, contracts, concerns, attachments, internal notes, chores, announcements, and email delivery history. These records support property management and communication.
Access and tenant links
Access depends on landlord membership, staff permissions, and property scope. Tenants use limited personal links to report payments, raise concerns, and update chores. Additional email verification protects access to balances and contract documents. Keep personal links private; contact your property team if a link is lost or shared. Internal staff notes are not tenant messages.
Storage and communications
Dignify uses Supabase for account, database, and file storage services, and email services for statements, verification, reminders, and other workspace communications. Private records and files use application authorization and private storage access. Dignify records manual payment information; it does not process payments or hold tenant funds.
Product measurement
The app can record product events and performance measurements. Personal tenant and inquiry pages are excluded from performance analytics. Analytics must not contain raw email addresses, phone numbers, bank references, receipt images, contract text, private file contents, or message bodies.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
Account holders can use Privacy and legal in Settings to download a structured account export or request deletion review. The self-service export excludes landlord-owned property and finance records and has size limits described on that screen. Deletion is reviewed because financial records, contracts, disputes, security records, and tenancy history may need to be retained. Tenants without accounts should contact their landlord or property team to request corrections or assistance with their tenant records.
