Terms of Use
Dignify is a web workspace for landlords and their employees to manage properties and tenant records. Tenants use limited personal links without app accounts. These terms describe the current management release. Updated October 19, 2026.
Accounts and access
Use your own Google account and keep it secure. Owners are responsible for assigning appropriate staff access and removing access when it is no longer needed. Only access records and carry out actions you are authorized to use. Keep tenant personal links and verification codes private.
Property and tenant records
Property teams are responsible for reviewing the information they enter, import, issue, or send, including tenant details, occupancy, charges, utility allocations, statements, and announcements. Review previews and validation messages before confirming changes. Do not upload information or documents you are not authorized to use.
Manual payments
Tenants pay landlords outside Dignify. A submitted payment report is a claim pending authorized review, not an approved payment. Dignify does not process payments or hold tenant funds. A Payment Acknowledgement records an approved payment. Corrections and reversals preserve a record of the change.
Documents and communications
Review contract templates and generated documents before use. Signing takes place outside Dignify; the workspace can store an uploaded signed copy. Review recipients and content before sending communications. Dignify does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or brokerage advice, and does not provide electronic signatures.
