Viewing Request Disclaimer
A viewing request is a pending coordination record. It is not an accepted appointment until an authorized landlord or property operator confirms the schedule in Dignify or through another agreed communication channel.
Cancellation
Tenants may cancel pending requests from the Viewings page. Landlord-side confirmation, rescheduling, decline, and completion statuses are coordination updates and do not guarantee lease approval, property access, pricing, or availability.
Contact details
Your submitted phone number is snapshotted on the viewing request so ops can coordinate the request even if your profile changes later.
